6. Customers renting a car must buy their own gas, take the ferry, and clean the car when returning the car. Always pay attention to the temperature gauge, fuel gauge, oil gauge, and handbrake. If intentionally used when the temperature rises or the fuel runs out, any mechanical damage will be the responsibility of the car rental party
7. The car lessee must compensate 100% of damages due to the following causes:

- Driving the car into the corner of a wall or cliff, causing cuts and tire explosions
- Tires running out of air cannot be detected or known, but intentionally go and "crumble" the tire
8. In the event of a collision or accident that causes damage to the vehicle, the rental customer must be responsible for compensation regardless of whether the vehicle has body insurance or not. Specifically:

b. If the car is scratched, depending on the severity and location, the renter must compensate 2 to 4 times more.
c. Repairs can only be made at the company with the supervision of the car rental party. If you arbitrarily repaint, you must compensate 5 times or more.
d. During the time when the vehicle must be repaired and cannot be used for business, the customer must pay a contract fine due to the vehicle not being able to circulate, which is 600,000 VND/day.
9. Car rental customers must have a driver's license, identity card, mortgage and payment ability. Money cannot be deducted even if the rental hours or kilometers have not been used.
10. Do not use a rental car as a mortgage or mortgage. When the car rental is 1 day overdue under the contract and the car renter does not clearly inform the car rental party of the reason, a report will be filed with the police. Related costs must be fully compensated by the car renter.
